Must pay deductible for EVERY ailment
Premiums have continued to increase (started at $40/month), now 4 years later they are over $75/month. They say as soon as you hit your deductible they cover 90%, but that's for EVERY ailment. My Pug had to have surgery on her ear, but it wasn't covered even though she's had tremendous issues with her ears. They considered it different and so we had to pay the deductible AGAIN. She's now had to have two surgeries and neither was covered. I tried to cancel but was convinced to stay last year because we had already hit "all our deductibles" but they just returned our latest surgery claims as denied due to needing to pay another deductible. I have paid $3,000 in premiums plus thousands in vet bills they didn't cover. I wish I had self-insured, would have been cheaper!

My furry daughter needed a surgery and I was so pleased with the very quick timing in my refund!!! I have been with Pet Embrace for five years and the service has always been exceptional. Amazing Pet Insurance Company
Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is absolutely the BEST! I have had this insurance since my dogs were puppies. I have had to use it three times with one dog and one time with my other dog. They are INCREDIBLE!!! Claims are processed so fast--this last time, when both dogs were treated for raisin toxicity, it literally took 45 minutes from the time I submitted the claim on line, to receiving an email from Healthy Paws that the claims were completed and a check was in the mail. I received payment in about 3 days. I don't understand why a pet insurance company can be so efficient, yet in the human world, things are so screwed up. I want to be a dog, see my veterinarian for medical care, and have Healthy Paws as my insurance company. 🐾🐾😊😊

I was guided to purchase Healthy Paws through a good friend who has been very happy with the service she got. I was interested to find out that everything could be done online and all I had to do was send in the receipts and notes from the veterinarian. It was so simple. There were no long forms to fill out. Peace of mind that I can take care of my pet
My dog needed surgery to have two different growths removed and a biopsy. Fortunately, everything was non-cancerous and he remains in excellent health. It was the first time I used Embrace and I am so glad I have this insurance. The customer service, communication and coverage is excellent. Best thing we have ever done for the dogs!!
We have had Pets Best Accident Only coverage for almost 2 years, and they have always been great with minor accident claims. (Broken nails, foxtail, etc.) We recently had a foxtail ingestion that caused a fungal infection that took months of treatment and several thousand dollars. Pets Best made the claim process easy,didn't give us the headache that others would have. We love them, and plan to use them for the life of the pups! We can't thank them enough for letting us focus on Bullitt, and not stress about paying for it.
