It was a fast reimbursement. The lady I talked to was very patient. Which was great. Only thing was I didn't realize when was my policy restarted with my dog Pinke. I have several animals and it's hard to keep track. Thank you.

Claims are handled expeditiously. I have always had good customer service experience when speaking to an Embrace staff member. Although I had to change my plan due to an increase in coverage, I still stand by Embrace for my pet insurance.
