Once You Sign Up, You Can Never Sign OUt
These guys claim to have great reviews. So I signed up two of my pets, then found I could get a better rate with my old carrier. Thing is, once you add a pet policy, THEY DON'T LET YOU CANCEL IT!!! No clear options on my account page, and NOTHING in the FAQs about it. Meanwhile, they got my money and I guess I'm not getting it back. Shady!!!!!

Spot insurance is awesome!! I've had other insurance that were terrible! Easy to submit claims and process them quickly! No problems with any claims. There premiums are manageable too. I'm staying with them!
