Lightening fast responses.
It was amazing how quickly the claim that was submitted was processed and a check mailed. Having pet insurance has been the best purchase made since we added our Riley to the family. We never need to make a decision not to do necessary treatment of our dog because of vet fees.
It was a very easy sign up but there wasn’t any obvious way to check what my policy entails. I just had a rough idea from my sister who already has trupanion.
