Great Insurance
I absolutely love the coverage I have for my pup. The reimbursement is quick and filing the claim form is easy. The only thing I wish worked better was the ability to file claims online and upload tr needed documents, otherwise I have no complaints. The employees at ASPCA always call me to see how Sebastian is feeling, which I think is very touching and caring. They are always willing and able to answer any questions and are extremely helpful.

Never be without healthy paw insurance
I have never had insurance on any of my animals but I can tell you how thankful I am I had it for Dozer!! We had a typical weekend came home from my moms house Sunday night and Dozer always greets us at door I knew when he wasn't there something was wrong!! He was laying on dog bed crying we took him to vet and had X-rays done and he had a torn ACL and couldn't walk!! He had to have a metal plate with 8 screws put in his knee which would be a $4,000.00 surgery!! It felt so good to say ok let's do it knowing he was covered and we received a check 1 week after surgery!! The best investment ever!! We searched all the insurances and options and healthy paws was by far the best insurance with the best price!! The fact knowing you have this for your pet you never hesitate to take him to the vet!! Thank you for caring enough to check on him after his surgery!! That's unheard of!! We had 90% coverage and highly recommend healthy paws!!

Fantastic
Our dog Ladoo tore the ligaments in his knee and just had TPLO surgery done . Healty Paws insurance is fantastic our claim of $4100.00 was approved in less then 24 hours and check issued , any time we had to call their coustomer service the folks are kind and pride themselves in helping concerned pet owners like me, so folks out there looking to buy pet insurance your search should end here , I have never ever had any company in any field do better job then Healty Paws in taking care of there coustomer . Great job keep it up.

ASPCA rip-off / little value
This is totally a rip-off -- put your premiums in a savings account. Insurance is supposed to collect premiums from many people, and then help pay large expenses for the few people that need them. ASPCA insurance does everything it can to pay virtually nothing. We have been paying for level-3 insurance (i.e. one of their better plans) for 9 years, costing thousands of dollars. This insurance has been useless for both the many "smaller" medical bills ($200-$500) that we've had over the years, AND the large bill we just had. I was OK overlooking the "small" ones, assuming they would actually pay up when a big expense came. They do not. Between the deductibles, fee limits, and endless set of rules, this insurance is useless. Our dog came down with cataracts, and -- per our vet's advice -- we decided to hold off on treatment (until his eyesight became unacceptable). I was told that -- as long as he could see -- then it would save money to hold off (and avoid possibly having to repeat the procedure). BUT ASPCA has a clause/rule that they will not cover a claim for a treatment if the symptoms were present before the current year's policy. It makes no sense -- other than that ASPCA is trying to avoid major conditions -- like this one -- where one typically delays treatment. They are covering ZERO on this procedure, which is a slap in the face after getting less than %20 reimbursement on years of smaller bills. In short, this is a totally useless product.

So grateful!
I've had insurance for my dog who was always health for 7 years and was always happy that I never had to use... until now... Our dog got sick and we found out that she has cancer. That was a big shock, and so was the bill and the treatment she is undergoing now. We are so grateful and happy with our insurance. I researched a lot before I chose Embrace, read so many reviews and now that we are using it I have no complains at all. Every time I call with a question I get helped in the best way. Very happy with Embrace!

I have had the very best experience possible
My 8 year old female papillon, Ava, lost hind limb control due a ruptured disc. She has been my service animal & my life line for 8 years and I was devastated by the news. Fortunately, I had a credit card reserved for her in the event of emergencies & I had Embrace Pet Insurance, & those 2 things were what brought me comfort on the worst day ever because I could say to the surgeons "do whatever you need to do to make her better," and trust that Embrace would be there for us in the end, and they were. When the results of the claim came back (in less than 2 weeks) they covered everything I hoped and prayed that they would and I can now truly relax and focus on my baby's recovery. I am beyond grateful to Embrace Insurance and all that did. I especially appreciate their customer support and compassion for Ava - everyone I talked to only cared about how she was doing and recovering. They have been a Godsend to me at the most difficult time and I couldn't ask for more from an insurance company.

If Only Embrace Offered Human Medical Insurance
We would sign up the entire family!Policy guidelines are simple and straightforward. Embrace customer service are professional & polite. We chose Embrace upon receiving our 8 wk old/Yorkie, electing to take advantage of both the Wellness and Medical coverage programs. Though I was skeptical at first, one of the Embrace agents 'strongly suggested' that we have our puppy 'pre-authorized' with his medical history. Great advice and we did it! Now he is 6 months and has been already treated for gastritis & fire ant bites. Embrace Policy has more than paid for the premium.

The best Pet Insurance!!!
We looked into the various pet insurances and found this one to be the perfect one for us. This is the first time we bough pet health insurance and are so appreciative of the quickness in response. Our previous dog had osteosarcoma who lived 5 more years after that. Needless to say out of pocket expenses for chemotherapy amounted to more than $20,000. We did not have health insurance, just glad our daughters finished college!. So we were ready to adopt a new puppy, pet insurance was on our mind. Lucy is now three but we certainly did not think we'd need to use our insurance since she was still so young. However, she contracted a rare form of fungus in her nasal cavity, that had the capability of forming more colonies and enter the cranial plate. Luckily, we caught it in time and had to have two procedures to ensure eradication of the fungus. We are truly grateful to Healthy Paws for their quick response and policies. We hope our dog, Lucy, will continue to remain healthy and are grateful to know that Healthy Paws continues to be there.The iphone app for Healthy Paws could not be easier, to check on the status of a claim. Within 7-10 days we received a response.

After the expense & heartbreak with our last cat, we decided to buy pet insurance. We researched so many and thought Embrace sounded the best.
