I have used embrace pet insurance numerous times unfortunately but they have been timely with all of the claims.

Thank God for Embrace
We decided to get pet insurance after my brother-in-law had to pay a large sum of vet bills after their dog became ill. It was the best decision we made when we got our second dog. You see, since that time we have had 3 claims and everyone at Embrace has been wonderful. Processing claims are easy, customer service is on top of everything and they are very caring, always first questioning how our pet is doing. I don't know what we would have done without Embrace. It is difficult enough when our pets are ill, but knowing that the insurance will help takes a huge burden off of our shoulders. I was skeptical in the past about pet insurance, but after our recent vet bills that were covered, I will not go without again.

Excellent company!
Embrace is a great company. Not only have most of my claims been covered but a response comes almost immediately after a claim is submitted. First saying that they received the claim and a few days later an answer - usually followed by a check in the mail.

Excellent Service
I went back and forth on getting pet insurance for our new puppy. I was so happy I did, because he broke his knee when he was just 10 weeks old. ASPCA not only covered a good deal of the costs, but they turned around the claims quickly. I even got a phone call from ASPCA just to check on how our dog was doing! Rarely do you see this level of customer service anymore. I recommend ASPCA health insurance to everyone I can. I will get this insurance for any future pets we get for sure!

Fast turn around time on claims
I have had to turn in several claims and every time I have been very impressed in how quick I received my reimbursement. Very reasonable monthly payment and deductible. I will continue to use the ASPCA for other animals I have in the future

Embrace recommended - Best ever
I'm please because of the quick reimbursement turn around on all my claims.I highly recommend this insurance to a pet owner. Also, the staff were helpful in assisting me with the Wellness program. I've been a pet owner for over 30 years and I was hesitate about insurance to pets. Embrace is really for the pet. The monthly cost is very reasonable.

Taking care of Ethel
Ethel is a rescue dog and came with some health issues and very nervous. To being her back to her true dog self has taken a few trips to the vet and she is now a different dog. Great for Ethel ... yes but the insurance has been a major help for her new owners so it really is win win for everyone ASPCA are helpful, kind and a very friendly group, Recommend them to anyone.

Healthy Paws is the best for our four dogs!
We've been a "Healthy Paws" customer for about three years. We have four dogs insured. There have been several occasions we've had to file claims for our dogs and we've always been taken care of promptly. We've never disagreed with Healthy Paws reimbursement of any of our claims. The latest claim has totaled close to $6,000 . Our reimbursement for these claims were all handled within a couple of days and reimbursed to policy agreements of close to $5,000 in checks back to us. One of our smallest dogs was seem by our primary care vet with recommendations for further diagnostic tests, including ultrasound. He was admitted to our local emergency hospital, discharged and transferred on to NC State for further 24/7 care. The total hospitalization was 6 days. Our "Boogie" has pancreatitis along with some other underlying issues that we're still working on. We highly recommend Heathy Paws to all of our friends and family. For people that are close enough to their pets that they're part of the family.....believe me when I say, if your beloved "furbaby" gets really sick, it will break your heart if you don't have the financial means to provide required medical attention. It's at times like this we are so thankful that Healthy Paws was there for us. Before we chose Healthy Paws, I extensively researched several health insurance plans. Healthy Paws provided the most benefits for our "four legged hairy children", with the lowest cost for the benefits we have. If you don't currently have pet health insurance, I highly recommend Healthy Paws. Thank you Healthy Paws for being there for us- even checking up on our pet.
