Prompt and fair
I have been renewing my dog's insurance policy for several years. During that time I submitted bills on more than one occasion and I was always happy with the result.This time my dog had ultrasound and colonoscopy to get a diagnosis for his persistent bloody stools. I received reimbursement for my expenses shortly after submitting the bills. As always, they were generous.

Thank Goodness for Trupanion
We had a wonderful chocolate lab Maia who needed surgery for a tumor which turned out to be benign but was very costly and we had no insurance Towards the end of her life she would get diabetes which was another costly health issue. When we got our new Jack Russel puppy Rex we made sure to get Trupanion insurance just in case. We have use it a few times for minor issues over the years, but vet bills can be costly so having Trupanion has been great. Most recently, Rex is 6 years and gets into mischief. He got into some granola with raisins which can be toxic for dogs, so emergency and followup ran up to over $400. Then 5 months later he would get into a veggie mix with onions, another food toxic to dogs and another ER visit. We are happy to say Rex is healthy. Having Trupanion is a blessing. We have no deductible and they pay 90% of covered charges in a quick manner. Thank you Trupanion!

So glad to have Embrace!

Best experience ever with an insurance company!
I can't tell you how impressed I am with your services and how easy it was to file the claim. With the stress of the situation with my boy having to have surgery, it is so helpful that the process of filing claims is so simple and that you are so supportive in the process. My sister has her dog (Zizu's brother) insured with you and has great things to say about Healthy Paws too. Until now, I have had a very poor impression of insurance companies in general, but you have clearly differentiated yourselves from the rest! I only wish my own medical insurance could be so straight forward, transparent and easy to deal with! I will recommend Healthy Paws enthusiastically to all of our dog friends! Protection and Heart - High Marks!
I cannot recommend Healthypaws highly enough and wish there were more stars to give. My border collie rescue was saved from the streets of Stockton by the SPCA. He's adapting to a life without scavenging, but its not been easy, and we've had several vet visits and 2 stomach surgeries. The surgeries are expensive and would have impacted my financial cushion. I'm so thankful for Healthypaws. They streamlined the claims process! I could be there for my recuperating pal, instead of racing around filling out forms, scanning –faxing – emailing them, and hoping they were received. Healthypaws responded quickly, notified me of the approvals, and quickly disbursed my reimbursement. They are professional, responsive, and honest. Moreover, I received a personal email about a week after my pup’s surgery checking in to see how he was recovering and wishing us well. I have never received such a thoughtful follow-up from an insurance company, not for me, my family, or my pet. I cannot recommend Healthypaws enough. Insurance with a heart. They have me as a client for life.

We don't know what we would have done without it!
We got pet insurance for our two cats "just in case" and we are so glad to have made that decision. Our 15 year old cat started having health issues and the vet bills that followed were shocking to us. Without ASPCA insurance and the security of knowing that we will be reimbursed for MOST of what we spend, we don't know how we could have continued to give our beloved cat the best care. Seeing all the claims we had to put in, ASPCA cared enough to call us personally to check on our cat! We highly recommend ASPCA to all of friends and family.

I USE THE WELLNESS BENEFIT EACH YEAR FOR ALL HER VACINATIONS, FLEA AND TICK, AND HEART WORM MEDS. WHAT IS SO IIMPRESSIVE IS THAT THE COMPANY KEEPS YOU INFORMED REGARDING THE PROGRESS OF A CLAIM, I.E., WHEN THEY RECEIVED A CLAIM, WHEN IT IS APPROVED, AND WHEN THE REIMBURSEMENT IS MAILED. THEIR WEBSITE IS ALWAYS UP-TO-DATE SO YOU CAN ALWAYS SEE THE STATUS OF A CLAIM. THEIR REIMBURSEMENT TIME IS SURPRISINGLING FAST. GREAT COMPANY, I WOULD NEVER CONSIDER ANY OTHER INSURANCE FOR MY DOG. My little beagle,Duffy, was hit by a car and suffered ruptured diaphragm. His liver and intestines were in his chest. He also had multiple breaks in his pelvic bone. Both surgeries happened within 24 hours and he is now in physical therapy. Pets Best made all the difference in the world in taking the financial stress off of me. Filing the claim was fast and easy and the monies were in my bank within the week. I highly recommend that all pet owners make the wise decision to insure their loved ones with this outstanding company. Hopefully, you will not need it but if you do they are there.
