ABSOLUTE SCAM! STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!
ABSOLUTE SCAM! STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE! Found out my Yorkie had Kidney Failure and the only piece of positive news was that I purchased pet insurance about a half a year earlier. After paying out of pocket for all treatments to try and save her life I find out all claims are denied because I took her to the vet a few months before purchasing the policy when she hurt her ankle!! THAT IS NOT A PRE-EXISTING CONDITION!! What's even a bigger SCAM is why did they let me sign up and pay monthly premiums while knowing that they would DENY all future claims?? Furthermore, they kept trying to charge me premiums after finding out my dog had a TERMINAL DISEASE! UNETHICAL LYING CROOKS! I found out today that my dog now has stage 4 kidney failure and needs to go to the ER and be hospitalized at a rate of $1,800 for 24 hours.. if only I was smart and had purchased pet insurance ahead of time *sarcasm*

Best Choice!
I've been so happy that I chose to get Embrace Pet Insurance for my dog -- it's definitely been worth it. My senior dog has had an impacted anal gland and spondylosis, both of which Embrace have been invaluable in treating. I love that Embrace covers alternative therapies, so I can afford to get monthly massages and acupuncture to keep my aging pup as pain free as I can.

I Wish Embrace Offered Human Health Insurance
We've had Embrace insurance for our cat for more than a decade and have recently added a second cat to our policy. We've never had a single problem with Embrace, and the company has always paid out every claim we've submitted. As our older cat has aged, she has required some serious medical attention ranging from extremely expensive MRIs and EKGs to less expensive but ongoing rounds of antibiotics and asthma medications. Embrace has covered every one of these claims. I recommend Embrace to everyone I know who has pets.

Paws Down, Healthy Paws is the best
Healthy Paws' turnaround was so quick that I had the money in the bank before I had to pay the bill.And they paid exactly what I expected. I didn't need any more grief dealing with an insurance company while dealing with a beloved furkid with osteosarcoma. The greyhound group I belong to overwhelmingly have HP over other insurance companies. And no complaints.

Thankful for Embrace
I've been with Embrace for about three years now and, after trying other insurance companies, Embrace continually fulfills my needs as a pet owner with a dog that requires continual medication and check-ups. At only two years old, Lulu (my pitbull) was diagnosed with Histiocytoma and inflammatory polyarthritis. She sees a specialist and her regular doctor throughout the year and she is prescribed low dose steroids and a very expensive medicine called Lefluminide, which I pick up at a local pharmacy. Despite me sending in claims very often, Embrace always responds within a couple days of sending my claims in, and only a couple days after, do I receive a direct deposit into my account. The process of sending claims in is easy (for the medicines, I literally just fill it out and take a photo of it from my phone and send it in that way) and I appreciate that I can log in and see at what point in the process my claim is at. What I especially love with Embrace is that I can call and talk to someone almost immediately. They are always so sweet and go above and beyond in helping me. The same goes for emailing -- I receive a response really quickly, which is, of course, important to me. One time I accidentally checked off 'wellness' instead of 'illness' on the claim form and at first my coverage was denied since I used all my wellness coverage. However, after emailing them and explaining that the medicine I sent the claim out for is actually for her ongoing illness, they resubmitted the form for me and I received my claim back in just a couple days. Sometimes insurance companies would say, "well too bad!" But Embrace made sure that all my needs were met and they didn't punish me for my silly mistake. Without Embrace, I wouldn't have been able to take care of my dog. I'm extremely appreciative of their quality service and affordable insurance.
