Do not get this Insurance!!!
First off, Pets Best is so unfair. I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this insurance to anyone that I know. They're better off getting a credit card and paying that off instead. I was denied a refund supposibly to "pre-existing conditions" which is not those circumstances. We took our dog to the vet before we knew what was wrong with him, they first told us it was digestive problems so we paid for meds and they didn't really help him. Then we switched vets because we didn't believe they were giving us the right information. Then we do bloodwork and x rays.... still Nothing! We then sign up for pet insurance expecting the worst cast scenario since we still do not know what was wrong with him he had just been acting different. So we finally go to a specialty office and pay for the MRI which then tells us what is wrong with our dog, Which would mean this wasn't a pre existing condition if we just found out ourselves what was wrong with him. We then proceed to go on to do surgery, which we haven't even filed that claim yet because we didn't even get our first claim to start with! Plus losing 51$ a month to your insurance that is doing nothing for us. So A) we're out thousands of dollars and B) we're paying monthly for something that doesn't even help us! not even $1 dollar in refund. I'm so un happy that you guys send the wrong message that our pets are your family.

embrace has been paying my kitty layla's claims.
Embrace has impressed and pleased me by paying for treatments related to eosinophilia for my kitty, Layla. Layla is being treated for allergies, and I really appreciate the fact that the treatments are being honored. The treatments are helping Layla. My vet clinic is also very impressed with Embrace and the visits it has honored.

BEST PET INSURANCE BY FAR!!
When we adopted our Zoe at 12 weeks, we had no idea she'd have so many health issues. In the past 10 months that we've had her, she was diagnosed with 3 major illnesses...2 of which will eventually need surgery. She also had 3 different emergencies. Healthy Paws covered EVERYTHING minus the things clearly stated they wouldnt. This makes things so much less stressful and makes us comfortable with the medical decisions we make regarding zoes care. For what they cover, its worth every cent we pay monthly. I cannot say enough good things about them and the customer service is TOP NOTCH!

Trupanion is the best insurance by far. The personnel are knowledgeable about the products they offer, and are kind, compassionate and professional and truly care about the pet's and the pet parent's they serve. The prices are affordable and tailor each policy to the needs of each pet, on an individual basis. I highly recommend Trupanion to friends and family and anyone seeking pet insurance.
