EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have dealt with many customer service agents recently, nothing compares to the the patience and kindness that Jennifer C. has shown. I had a claim that had been closed without a check being sent. She researched what was happening on Figo's end and kept me up to date during the whole investigation. She sent the check to me overnight (which was AWESOME). Her customer service is unmatched and I appreciate the time and care she devoted to keeping my dog baby healthy. I will be forever loyal to FIGO and have recommended it to all my family and friends.

Great company for Pet Insurance
Pets Best has always handled my claims quickly and thoroughly. They have paid for many things I was not sure would be covered. With the pets I have lost in recent years, they have not only handled the paperwork quickly, they always send a condolence card after the claim has be processed. I love working with them and highly recommend them for everyone's pets!

Just receiveed my third consecutive rate increase from a competitor. ASPCA Pet Insurance.gave me better coverage including wellnes at a significantly reduced rate. The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.
