This is such an easy process - love it. It is a great policy, the customer service is fantastic and the turn around time is quick. The final outcomes of the claims are explained very well and in detail so there are no questions as to the decision. We have had Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for a few years now and love it. I did A LOT of research on insurance and really narrowed it down based on customer service. Every instance I have actually speaking to a customer service representative is a pleasure. Not once have I ever gotten an attitude but more of an understanding of the emotional situation that we were going through. I am very happy that we went with Healthy Paws and have suggested it to many of my friends and family members. It has saved us a lot over the years and with the plan we chose it is barely noticeable and definitely worth it for our 2 dogs.
