Best decision since arrival of my pet!
I have only had my chihuahua a few years, unfortunately she has developed problems with a collapsing trachea and is more prone to upper respiratory infections. She is a little fighter and is doing much better but I am extremely grateful for the assistance and security trupanion has provided for us. This has been an excellent decision to maintain.

My Cat, Miss Malcolm, has just turned 20 years old and we have been with ASPCA since she was a kitten. She has been pretty healthy till this past year so until now we haven't had much need for Vet Visits but when we did see our Vet, this insurance was on top of everything immediately. As of October, Miss. Malcolm's little kidney's began to fail. I have been giving here fluids 2 times a week since. I order her prescription supplies and then submit bills to ASPCA with there very simple on line billing. Within about a week I receive a check. It is so simple. It is great dealing with there staff by phone or chats on line. They are kind, concerned and always follow up if needed. I wish ASPCA insured people because I would certainly have them instead of my carrier taking care of me. Valerie

Wellness claim was processed quickly and customer service was very helpful during the processing of my first claim online. I feel reassured there will be no worries satisfying future costs related to their annual exams, flea/heartworm medicine etc. in order to keep them healthy for years to come.

Very Happy so far
We left PetPlan a few years back because of the premiums and unexplainable increases and joined Embrace. Recently, we found out that our Rottweiler Roxie contracted Osteosarcoma, an aggressive form of cancer. As a result, she has had to see many specialists for x-rays, biopsies, and ultimately an amputation of her rear leg. Chemotherapy is soon to follow. Without having Embrace, we likely would not have been able to afford to give her the professional care she requires. Reimbursements have been made after a small glitch in mailing address. I am confident that the rest of her treatments will be treated the same by Embrace. Ultimately, they do what you pay them for which is rare these days. When people ask why we have insurance on our dogs, I just tell them that "I am paying for the luxury of being able to make a potentially difficult decision more easy down the line." That is exactly how it has worked out and I'm very pleased with my decision to have pet insurance and with my choice to switch to Embrace.

Our nearly 1 1/2 year old German Shepherd, in his exuberance for everything, injured his leg. We were concerned it could be a tear, so we took him to see his Vet. After an exam and x-rays, it was determined to be a strain and not a tear, thank goodness, and Embrace was there to help us with the bill. We are greatful for the quick response.

Very happy with Embrace Pet Ins.
My 13 yr old dog has had health problems for a few years. I have been very happy with Embrace. I have 2 other dogs that are Insured by other companies and I have not been happy with their coverage reimbursement. I like that Embrace will preauthorize for services,so I know exactly what my out of pocket will be. Their claim reimbursement is in a timely manner and it is deposited into my bank account. My only complaint with Embrace was when they didn't cover a Dental procedure in which my dog lost a couple teeth due to disease. They considered it to be routine or wellness coverage. I will consider Embrace for my next dog.
