Embrace has been great!
Embrace has been great! We love it and would recommend it to anyone looking for pet insurance. We have a puppy and a 9 year old dog. The turn around time for claims is very quick. They have great customer service and are prompt at responding.

Peace of mind
I have had my two cats insured with this company for many years and while I didn't have to use the insurance for the first 2+ years and questioned at the time having it as a monthly expense, my partner refused to own pets without it because of an experience she had had with her previous cat. I know understand why. It wasn't until our cats turned about 6 that one became diabetic and the other at 7.5 years old was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease. It is now years after getting Pets Plus Us insurance and both our cats (who we would do anything for) have life-long conditions that require expensive medications and blood monitoring. I can't imagine not having insurance and trying to make ends meet for their medical bills. I now understand my partners refusal to have pets without insurance and agree 100%. Thank you Pets Plus Us for always being there for my "fur" family.

Excellent Service
This was our second claim (Different Dog) with Embrace. Boomer had a Mast Cell Tumor removed from between his toes. It took a number of office visits for the surgery and bandage changes during the recovery to complete the process. Once all the invoices were filed with Embrace, the claim was approved and paid very quickly. Pet Insurance is a great thing as it takes the monetary decision out of the picture and you can concentrate on your pets heath and life. We have been very satisfied with the service we have gotten from Embrace.

They, As Usual, Handled My Cla…
They, as usual, handled my claim very quickly, and my refund was in my account within days. They also sent me a Sympathy card, as they have in the past. It was for Scooter, who has gone to the rainbow bridge now.

I am a helicopter mom to our dog and both operators spent as much time as I needed asking all sorts of questions. They saved me money and the claim form was extremely easy. One operator even stated we spoke b4 and she remembered our conversation. I was shocked at the quality of the amazing customer service. I can't see it being any easier or you being heard more at any other company. Stick w Trupanion, I honestly believe they care for your pet. 10 stars.
