One of the Best Decisions of my Life
We rescued our Husky, Brandy, as we were entering retirement which meant fixed income. We did not want to place Brandy in a position where medical decisions were dictated by money. Because we have insurance through the ASPCA Brandy is a cancer survivor and now being successfully treated for Cushings Disease. Without the excellent insurance coverage provided by our policy Brandy may not have received the top professional care afforded by the policy. THANKS ASPCA!

Grateful for Healthy Paws
My year old Chocolate Labrador was diagnosed with Elbow Dysplasia, FCP, and required an expensive surgery. As many people know Retrievers are notorious for eating things that can accidentally cause many problem. I never really dreamed that she would have a problem with her elbows. Being retired and on a fixed income I am so very grateful for the policy that covered her surgery at 80%. It was so reassuring, knowing that I could give her the necessary treatment for her to lead a normal dog life. Healthy Paws has been so easy to work with and the ease of making claims on their site was a time saver as well as simple.Thank you to all at Healthy Paws. Easy to use, generous benefits and very supportive
After 16 years of excellent health with our beloved cat she came down with an acute case of pancreatitis. As she was aging, and that incident cost us $6000 out of pocket, we decided to finally get insurance for her. We were concerned no provider would take us due to her age as several do not, but luckily Figo did. We were then extremely grateful when we got insurance as her health continued to decline over the next eight months, and we recently had to say goodbye to her. While Figo did not cover her existing pancreatitis, they covered everything else that happened the next 8 months. Which included chronic inflammatory bowel disease, an acute anxiety issue due to an alley cat, a urinary tract infection, a kidney tumor and finally our loss of her and the cremation process. We were reimbursed nearly all of the money of the claims we had submitted (minus a pancreatitis flare up), and only paid in a tiny fraction of that total dollar amount in monthly fees. I found the website and submission process to be easy once I figured out it would save time to always submit lab/exam notes with the invoice. The turn around time for claims processing and getting reimbursed was also surprisingly fast. On top of all of that they were incredibly empathetic, sympathetic and gracious with our loss. They made the emotionally painful process of closing the account nurturing and supportive. They even sent us a hand signed card several weeks later. Should we choose to get another furry friend in the future, we will start off with Figo from the beginning. I can't recommend them enough.

Better Understanding When Annu…
better understanding when annual vaccinations can be applied again. I missed mine by a few weeks . Vet asked to do all the required vaccinations ( which were not covered for 2017 ) by 2 weeks. I am disappointed a majority of my claim was denied. It was for these reasons I first took the Pet Best policy. At this point I am not sure if I am going to continue.
