The lady who answered my questions was very knowledgeable but most of all she is extremely kind. I totally enjoyed her and she made the experience pleasant and simple to understand.

Excellent Insurance Coverage!
My dog was not eating and lethargic. We took him in and they ran a battery of tests including some for cancer. Finally, through ultra-sound they found blood clots at the spleen and liver. Medicine was prescribed and after a couple of months, another ultra-sound was performed and both clots had been absorbed by his system and others did not form. During the visit for the second ultra-sound I pointed out a limp he had and they found a torn ligament. The Dr. Expressed that my dog was not a good candidate for surgery and recommended a brace instead. I'm happy to report that all of these visits, procedures, medications, and leg brace were covered under the Embrace Insurance Plan! Outstanding service!

Embrace is wonderful. Anytime I have questions, their customer service is the best. They are so easy to work with! Also, once a claim is submitted I receive payment within a couple days. I am so thankful that I chose Embrace!

Hi, I would suggest explaining in more detail on the claims statement regarding what parts were denied and what parts (and the amount) being reimbursed to the customer. Other than that, I was very satisfied with the claims process.

Fine Print
First, I ran in to an issue when paying for the insurance. It wasn't until after I accepted the monthly terms that it showed me that I would be charged a monthly service fee. I called and spoke with customer service and got that resolved. Later, I got an email saying that they needed a health exam that was within 48 hours to waive the waiting periods. I called and asked about this and they said that there was a 2 week waiting period for medical issues, 5 days for emergencies and 6 months for knee problems. I didn't see any of that before I signed up.
