Healthy Paws Insurance has the best claim process.
Healthy Paws pet insurance is the 3rd insurance company we have had and is by far the best. Very prompt response to claims and inquiries, but the ease of submitting claims is the easiest we've experienced. Open the Healthy Paws App, attach a photo of the Vet invoice, push submit ... Done! Our vet staff were amazed at the simple claim procedure. Thank you Healthy Paws for providing great service. Our 7 yr old Boston Terrier "Rikki" is recovering nicely from the removal of a malignant cyst from his belly.

Easy to work with and FAST!
Unfortunately Buzz has had an injury that has required multiple visits to the vet and specialists. Embrace has been incredible with their customer service and genuine concern for my dog's health and well being. I can't say enough about how well taken care of I feel.

Peace of mind to have Embrace
The cost of illness & accident insurance is affordable of my policy with $1,000 deduction. The annual increasing rate are much reasonable than what I had with others before. The wellness coverage ($390/yr rate to cover $450/yr expense)is promised.

298% premium increase
I invested in a policy for my 13 year old cat Rosie, who is in perfect health. After paying my premiums for two years Trupanion notified me that my premiums would increase by 298%, which now makes this policy completely unaffordable. Rosie has not required any medical care and has no claims. Trupanion claims they don't set premiums based on age yet they kept telling me the 298% increase reflects the correct premium for a mixed breed cat of Rosie's age. The only solution offered to me to offset the astronomical increase was to increase the deductible, which is simply more money out of my pocket. I am absolutely agreeable to paying a reasonable increase but I can no longer trust this company.

Our Bernese Mountain dog was rushed to the hospital with a case of the bloat. Fortunately, our dog survived this unexpected emergency. However the vet bill was astronomical! Embrace insurance was fantastic throughout the process; they were helpful in instructing me how to submit the claim properly, and communicating with the vet. We received our reimbursement check within 10 business days of it being submitted. Thank you for your help embrace!

Hassle free claims and peace of mind
After we spent over $3,000 for my Catahoula-lab mix's broken leg, I knew we needed pet insurance on all of our dogs and fast! I researched providers, and ASPCA really had the best plans while being affordable. The best surprise out of our policies has been how easy the claims process has been!! We have not had any more injuries, thank goodness, but we have filed wellness claims. The process was extremely simple and our refund was received within 10 business days. I couldn't be happier!

Great Insurance
My Newf had to have TPLO surgery. I was so happy that we had gone with Embrace for our insurance. They were easy to deal with and getting the checks in the mail very quickly. They continue to cover her physical therapy too. The physical therapist also like Embrace and used them too.
