I Don'T Know What I'D Do Without ...
I don't know what I'd do without Pets Best. My dog, Sarah, is fighting bladder cancer, and they are helping me keep her alive and vital. My dogs are my children, and I'd do anything for them. By insuring with Pets Best, they are helping me to do just that!

I Was Honestly Expecting A Degree...
I was honestly expecting a degree of runaround and some surprises about what would and would not be covered. Pretty floored when it was as simple as the annual deductible and limited co-pay amount. I could not be more pleased by my overall experience!

Policy for Peace of Mind
When we adopted Mabel, I was really hesitant about paying for insurance for her; especially since money was tight and she was a healthy little pup. But, with all the health problems my other dogs had faced, I decided to try it and see how it went. I can tell you it was one of the best decisions I ever made in regards to Mabel's care! When she dislocated her knee cap and the vet told me the price of the surgery to repair it, I was so relieved to know that Healthy Paws would cover 90% of it (based on my policy). If we didn't have the insurance, I am not sure what we would have done. We didn't have the money or credit to pay for such a surgery on our own. This was my first claim after being a policy holder for over a year and I couldn't have been more impressed. Healthy Paws not only provided peace of mind, but the quick processing time of my claim and the excellent service made me even more positive we made the right decision with the right insurance company.

As an established breeder we value the quality service PetsPlusUs offers with their pet insurance. We find it quick and easy to register each of our puppies for their initial 6 week pet insurance. We also really appreciate the access to a Pet Poison helpline, 24/7 PetHelpFone, Compassionate Care Line and the age appropriate e-newsletters all subscribers receive. Our puppy owners have commented on how easy it is to reach PetsPlusUs when they need to, and how straight forward the claim process is. PetsPlusUs is definitely our insurer of choice.

My mastiff puppy developed a condition in his shoulder joint that required surgery. Every person I spoke to at Healthy Paws was concerned, knowledgeable and eager to help. They paid their part of the bill with no fuss. It wasn't hard to get a human on the phone. I am very glad I chose to buy pet insurance from them.

I would highly recommend Healthy Paws Insurance!
My experiences with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance have been a real treat! Not only are they quick in reimbursements but they show that they really do care about the pets they insure. One that stands out was when recently, a rather unexpected incident happened where my dog sniffed up a foxtail, and we had to take him to the ER first and when they couldn't extract it, we were directed to a specialist. Now, mind you, neither were cheap, but within a week after subitting photos of the receipts through the app, a check was in my mailbox. Simple as that! The cherry on top of this impeccable service was when I received an email from Healthy Paws asking how my dog is doing (he's much better and back to his hyper/goofy self)! I am not only a happy customer but I'd gladly recommend Healthy Paws to anyone who asks if they should insure their pets.

Quick,easy,and painless
Somehow Valium managed to "sprain" his back. There was no rough-housing with his big brother,no high jump downs,nothing we could think of that would have caused it. He couldnt get comfortable,cried, dragged his belly and was in total misery. He reqired sedation,xrays,medication to alleviate the pain and allow healing. Filing his claim was easy,quick. The embrace rep was so helpful and understanding. Thank you

Such a great company!
Embrace has been amazing in the years that we've been a customer. They covered my lab mix rescue TWICE for cancer treatments (one skin, one hemangiosarcoma). Although our lab recently passed away, Embrace was always there for her through accidents, repeated ear infections and major illness. They have also covered our other lab mix rescue (who has fortunately been much healthier) and recently paid for an MRI for her when we were having trouble diagnosing a mystery ailment. I tried two other pet insurance companies before eventually finding Embrace, but I will be an Embrace customer for life.
