Best Insurance
After a completely unexpected turn of events our newly adopted puppy had to go in for emergency surgery. Having Healthy Paws Pet insurance was the best decision I've ever made. Due to having the pet insurance I was able to give my puppy the best possible care without having to worry about finances. They have a great customer service team and a very quick turn around. I highly recommend anybody who is looking for pet insurance to get Healthy Paws. You can't go wrong. They help me save my babies life.

So grateful I finally got pet insurance!
I never considered getting insurance for our dogs for eight years but decided to after speaking with a friend who is a vet. She told me that if she could have her patients do any one thing it would be to get insurance because people don't realize how expensive it is when a pet gets a disease or needs surgery or has any type of emergency. Then they are stuck having to make a very difficult decision between their pet's life or a fortune. Not long after I got the insurance one of my dogs needed minor surgery. Embrace has been wonderful with customer service and explaining exactly how they work and also how to file a claim. The always answer the phone and have always seemed genuinely glad to help. I am SO glad I chose Embrace!

We have had Healthy Paws insurance for several years. This is the second review that I have posted regarding them . Recently my four year old dog was in such pain that he could not get up. Our vet diagnosed him with severe arthritis. He is only four years old, they have us pain meds and told us to rest him. After that treatment, upon recommendations from several people we took him to a licensed vet trained in acupuncture and chiropractic medicine . I looked up my policy with Healthy Paws and found that these treatments , from a licensed vet, were covered according to my policy . What a great relief ! We chose Healthy Paws as an accident/illness policy for situations like these. Long term meds and treatments . We chose the 100 dollar deductible and 90% reimbursement. They pay promptly. If I'd had to call or email them , I get quick and friendly service . My Bear is improving ... we have meds and treatment for him . Thanks to Healthy Paws

Simply the best
I have had nothing but the best experience with Pets Best. Easy to submit a claim strait from my phone right after my vet visits. I love that they offer a direct deposit for any claim refund, As well as the monthly plan cost. It's always been a fast return as well.
