I can't say enough good things about ASPCA!!! When I speak with anyone on the phone, they are empathic, helpful and friendly. It isn't a hard stretch to know that these are folks who love animals.

We had a rocky start, but I was so pleased with service for, bought coverage for my two new kittens,
We had a rocky start to our relationship as they did not want to cover certain expenses for one of my elderly cats, both of which gave subsequently passed. We were able to work through that issue and all other aspects of service gave been good. They have changed their coverage to cover a percentage of the invoice rather than covering "ordinary and reasonable" expenses. Much clearer and more comprehensive. Of course you pay for the additional coverage but their new coverages of wellness care, non traditional treatments, auto deposit, and very prompt service have made them competitive and a decent buy.

Excellent claim service
My dog Karma was adopted from the humane society about two years ago. At just 2 and a half we had a medical emergency that turned out to be pancreatitis. I already had pet health insurance and am so grateful for that. The claim process was easy and I love the fact that I got a call after about a month from ASPCA to see how she was doing. That is definitely high touch customer service with care. I have already recommended this insurance to my family members.

Excellent service
We've had a long illness of pneumonia with our standard poodle, Stormy.Lots of tests,xrays and medication.All covered quickly and without question. We had a different insurance with our previous dogs and it didn't compare to the service from Embrace!!

Great pet insurance
Pasoca is a 9 month old frenchie and full of energy. I decided to get him insurance because you never know. Best decision I've made. 2 weeks after I enrolled him with ASPCA, he hurt his eyes by scratching it some how. I've only notice 2 days later only because it was really swollen and puffy. Took him in and it had became an corneal ulcer from him robing his paw on it so much. After that we had 2 emergency visits, surgery and many fallow ups. I submitted all my claims and whiting a week or week and a half latter my money was deposit back in my account. Haven't encounter any problems yet and I hope it will stay that way.

Excellent-highly recommend
Our bulldog Jitsu is just a year old. He has already had a soft palate surgery and just recently he was admitted to the after hours emergency hospital for aspiration pneumonia. We are so thankful we purchased pet insurance. Healthy Paws has been very easy to work with and reimbursed us very quickly. Highly recommend.

Pleasantly Surprised
I was a little skeptical about getting pet insurance for my two dogs, whether or not it would pay off. However, after my dog went to urgent care and was in the hospital for a few days, I had a bill of over $1,000. Embrace came through accepting my claims and I was reimbursed for a significant amount. I would recommend insurance to everyone who has a pet, if anything for peace of mind.

I Submitted My Claim Online And A...
I submitted my claim online and attached a scanned copy of my itemized receipt. I wish there was more room on the online claim submission form to provide details, esp for an ongoing issue. I was notified when my claim was processed via email. I logged in to review the processed claim. My money was deposited into my account the next day. The claim processing isn't as fast as it used to be.
