I was having a problem register my pet online so I called customer service. I am bad with names, but I believe Max helped me. The service was phenomenal! I felt assured that I was picking the perfect plan for my squishy baby:-) Also, my baby’s vet is a partner with Trupanion so claims are made easy.

Metlife pet insurance is the worst
Metlife will endlessly ask for records over and over. They will call your vet asking for the same records that they have already received 100 times over. No matter how many times you submit them. They continue to stall in hopes that you will just give up. Metlife is the worst. Don't waste your time and money.

I've had Truepanion with my Dogs for Many Years.…
I've had Truepanion with my 11 year old Yorkie, and when I got my second Yorkie, it was no brainer to just add my new dog right along with my older Yorkie. Fortunately I've never had to use Truepanion for any medical emergency but, it's always been reassuring to know that if I ever needed Truepanion, they are right there just a phone call away. Quality coverage, at a fair price, I can't see any reason to switch my dog's coverage. In these days of a steep bill at the Emergency Vet's, when something bad happens, it's reassuring to know my little dogs are covered, just in case. I've been pleased with my coverage, and hope I'll never have to make use of it but, knowing I'm covered is very comforting, if I do. Five Big Stars all around. You will be pleased with Truepanion.

Healthy Paws customer for 10 1/2 years and have filed LOTS of claims. Healthy Paws makes filing claims easy and reimbursement checks are issued quickly. Their app allows you to see where your claim is in the process and shows the explanation of benefits and payment. Last thing, customer service is quick to reply to emails and you can get a real person on the phone as well! Love the service and highly recommend.

I've had a good experience with the company with all of my claims. I have had to call on at least fifty percent of them due to entry error for processing. But this has been very quickly addressed and corrected. I very, very, very much like the preventative care part of the package, and that has definitely made this worthwhile
