We've had Embrace for years and highly recommend
We've had Embrace for years, and have appreciated the flexible options they offer so we can adjust our coverage as needed. This is our first time to have met our deductible (thankfully!) and it was such a relief to have coverage as we discussed the treatment options with our emergency vet. Embrace was so helpful in explaining next steps, and less than two weeks after our incident, we received our reimbursement. Every team member I have ever spoken with has been just the absolute nicest and have gone above and beyond to get us an answer. We started our coverage after friends lost their beloved dog to an emergency situation several years ago that drained their savings. It's a relief to have and I highly recommend starting Embrace coverage as soon as possible. We couldn't be happier that we have Embrace protecting us as our girl gets older!

My favorite monthly bill to pay
I have heard so many bad things about pet health insurance nightmares so I was prepared for a bad experience. Four years in and I am so happy with the coverage and service. Last year my dog was hospitalized twice totaling $23,000.00 and this year we are up to $15,000.00 so far. They have never denied a claim. My dog would have to had been put down if I did not have this coverage. I tell everyone I know to insure their pet with Embrace. The premiums did rise a TON this year, but I don't care because it's worth it.

Able to provide the best care for my dog
Great communication when it comes to status of claims, rates have gone up with each policy renewal but thats to be expected. Able to provide my baby with the best possible care knowing she’s ensured.

Don’t waste your money
They deny everything. And drive you to spend even more money to “cover” your pet and then they cover nothing. So in the end just pay out of pocket and hope for the best because they don’t care about you or your pet. They aren’t the PetsBest. They are only good for their bottom line.

Simple and Easy - Great Customer Service
Spoke with Kevin R on two occasions, once for information to add additional pets to my current policy and then again when the new kittens were able to be added. Both times Kevin was very knowledgable and friendly to work with. He was able to get all 4 kittens added to my account and we are good to go! Thanks Kevin for a great experience!

I have had my now 10 year old mixed…
I have had my now 10 year old mixed breed dog covered through ASPCA for the entire 8 years I have had him. 5 of 7 recently submitted bills were denied due to pre-existing conditions. I called customer support who indicated that on 3-23-2023 my dog was treated for the same thing on my 3-2025 bill and therefore it was a pre-existing condition. First of all on 3-23-2023 my dog went to the vet for vaccines, nothing to do with the 2025 visit. In any event, 3-2025 is well over 180 days from 3-2023-the timeframe for a pre-treated condition to be covered again. This insurance has gone downhill in the last year and I am switching to Fetch insurance as I have no trust left in insurance through ASPCA and/or their affiliates.
