STAY AWAY
I have had Embrace for just over a year now. I have 3 claims, one was denied which is ok, it was within 14 days of getting the insurance, however the other 2 are still "on hold" even after giving ALL information requested. I have paid so much money to them and they refuse to honor my policy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS INSURANCE COMPANY

Can't recommend Figo Pet Insurance enough!
I can’t say enough good things about Figo Pet Insurance. When I got my kitten, I honestly didn’t think I’d need insurance—she was only 8 months old, and friends even told me it would just be a waste of money. But life happens, and sure enough, my sweet kitten ended up injuring herself. I was so relieved to have Pet Cloud. Not only did they come through when I needed them most, but the claims process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. Reimbursement was fast, communication was clear, and there were no frustrating delays or surprises. What really sets Figo Pet Insurance apart is the peace of mind they give you. Vet bills can be overwhelming, especially in emergencies, but thanks to this insurance, I didn’t have to choose between my finances and my kitten’s well-being. If you’re considering pet insurance—don’t hesitate, and definitely go with Figo Pet Insurance. I’m beyond grateful I did!
Always thankful for Healthy Paws!
Kelsey will be eleven this coming July and we enrolled in Healthy Paws immediately upon her adoption in 2015. We always feel that we can seek out the best treatment options for her because we have HP to help us make those decisions for her care. She has been through surgery for soft tissue sarcoma, multiple ultrasounds to follow a splenic concern, a very recent run in with a porcupine - ouch! and is having another surgery soon. We couldn't do what we do for her without Healthy Paws and we highly recommend them. Thank you Healthy Paws for helping us keep our girl healthy!

Amazing Rep, Disappointing Options
My representative was absolutely great. Loved him. If I could review him separately, he'd get 5-stars without question. He was very personable and helpful throughout the whole process and took the time to explain anything I had questions on. However, I feel that the options for pet insurance plans have significantly dropped in quality and coverage, especially after having my grandfathered-in whole pet w/ wellness policies (3 pets) cancelled (like so many others did, I'm sure). Am I still going to insure my pets? Yes, because I love and care for them. But am I also greatly upset by the severe downgrade in coverage and care? Yes. I cannot express in words the sheer level of disappointed I am with this shift. This has definitely taken a shift toward accident-only coverage and it's highly disappointing that my pets are now treated more like a car than a living being.

Beagle Cherry eye
Our Beagle had irritated cherry eye, Dr. recommended surgery which was done. Filed claim & paid promptly very easy.
Pets plus US easy to deal with so far!
We switched our provider around 6 months ago to Pets Plus Us and recently had to submit a claim. I hadn't realized that I had to possibly send in medical records once we became a client (which I didn't do) but the insurance company requested them directly and our claim was processed quickly and I received a payment in the mail within days. I'm very happy with the service and lack of red tape or any issues from the "small print".
