I’ve had a really easy process so far…
I’ve had a really easy process so far with submitting claims- quick response, clear breakdown of coverage, and once approved rapid payouts. I appreciating having MetLife for my senior cat and if you’ve ever questioned the affordability of taking you pet in to the vet this gives me a lot of peace of mind.

Nasty automated emails and unable to actually talk to a claims person for specific info
Every time I put in a claim and send invoices, I get an email weeks later that they need more information. I have given you EVERYTHING that was asked for. I called and talked to someone after I resubmitted everything for the second time, and days later I get another email that I need to send in more information. Your company acts like your clients are trying to rob you. It was a wellness visit with immunizations- standard stuff and I sent everything, and they are still saying they need more. It seems that this is standard policy to hold off on paying people.
