Trupanion has always responded very quickly to any claims we submitted. They are very expert and friendly whenever I have contacted them with a question. I wouldn¡¦t use
any other insurance company for any future pet other than Trupanion. They are the best.

I am always amazed with the service and care that trupanion provides.
I am always amazed with the service and care that trupanion provides. They quickly renew claims and reimburse expenses. The app is so easy to use. When my puppy was hospitalized, they called me late at night to assure me that his tests would be covered and asked how he was doing.

Easy to submit, but such a small percentage of these qualifying visits were covered. This is feeling like a waste of money. And there was no explanation! The website is also horrible.

1. Failure to cover anal glands cleaning which is a medical issue in some breads.
2. Failure to provode coverage for dental cleaning which is a preventive treatment.

Easy start up
I did everything online and normally it can be very trying to get online forms completed with out a hassle but I had no issues going through the process, it was very simple and made the start of this process a positive one.

Every single person I have ever had the pleasure of talking to at Trupanion are the most compassionate. I never hesitate to ever call. And at the end of the call they all ask how my Princess of a dog is now doing. Means a lot!

Skeptical optimist
I got the impression that you'll actually pay out if there is a claim. Expensive, but reminds me of "you get what you pay for." Time will tell.
