Very Quick and Simple Process
I found this insurance recommended on Banfield Pet Hospital website. My puppy broke his legs and after a few bills I gathered all the invoices and information and submitted it on the app. Within 2 weeks I had the money back in the account. I was surprised how smooth and easy it was. I was expecting some delays/setbacks from the insurance but it was super quick. 100% recommend. And they give you several options to pay you back so you don’t have to wait 3 weeks for a check on the mail.

Very bad use experience
Very bad use experience. The system cannot categorize my document, it cannot identify which claim use what invoice Or soap. Which requires me to upload again and again. Decision making is long and slow.
