This is my first experience with pet insurance and it could not have came at a better time. Our puppy had some unexpected health issues, that are possibly auto-immune related, so we are very thankful for the coverage!

After the initial problem of not matching my receipts to my account once things were sorted out the refund from the bills was quick and covered what we had expected.

Great for Dog Owners!
We got this insurance when our dog turned a year old and it ended up covering a large ER bill shortly after. The process for submitting a claim is super easy (you can do it from your phone!) and the turnaround time is less than a week. If you have a dog that frequently gets into trouble, this is a must have.

Healthy Paws is very prompt to respond and caring.
We are very happy with Healthy Paws. Brady had 2 teeth extracted and the claim was settled in just days. Our claims are usually acknowledged the same day that they are submitted. They also followed up days after the surgery.
