Everything was very easy to do online. My only surprise when looking at my account was there was some sort of charge for signing up. If there was something on the website that indicated this, I did not see it. I also don’t understand why this is done. Thanks

Every time we find it necessary to file a claim with Trupanion, they process our claim quickly and the payments are made in a very short time. I would definitely reccomend them for any new pet owner!
