Great experience
Having Metlife insurance has been great. My dog Mo is very healthy, but things come up every now and then. It' very easy and seamless to send in a claim, call if I need more information, and reimbursements are quick. I feel Mo AND my finances are protected. Currently Mo is going through some tests to determine why he has inflammation in some organs. He is ok, acting like his normal self, but it's still scary. I called in to ask for clarification on some documents being requested and the customer service rep caught was so nice. After getting my name and why I was calling, she genuinely asked: "Ok, but first, how is Mo?". Not once in my entire life of calling in to insurance companies has someone asked me this. About me, my daughter, or Mo. Totally caught me off guard, I swear I teared up a little. That lady deserves 12/5 stars and a hug ⭐

I have unfortunately had to depend on pumpkin instead of for many issues . The company is kind of, helpful considerate and prompt . Wish my ins was so good

Pumpkin is worth it!
I've had Pumpkin for a few years now but haven't needed it until a couple of weeks ago for my cat. At the end of the vet visits/stay, the bill was almost $2000, and I submitted my claims and after my deductible was met, everything was covered. The claims were all processed within a few days and the money was in my bank account soon after! It made all the difference to have that peace of mind during that ordeal and I'm really glad to have Pumpkin.
