We added a second pet to our family and of course, we added him to our Trupanion policy. It was easy to call and customer service was wonderful to work with. I was grateful to receive the 30 day discount for our new puppy, too!

I have had pet insurance for my dog Oreo for more than 10 years and never used it. In 2024, I decided to switch my policy to Pets Best from my prior carrier because they kept massively raising my rates. Now that I am with Pets Best, my doggie suddenly had some cognitive issues followed by a seizure and a weekend in the doggie hospital. Pets Best covered everything and reimbursed exactly what I expected based on my policy. I keep insurance on Oreo specifically to help me out in the event of a major issue. Pets Best came through for me when I needed them! And my claim was processed and paid quicker than expected.
