Wasted time
Representative was courteous. I submitted a claim twice because it was not legible. The claims were sent EXACTLY AS Embrace requested. After I was placed on hold for an extended time, the claim suddenly became CLEAR. Another issue I have is when Embrace factors in discounts I receive for other non- reimbursable items I purchase.

Easy claim process and quick reimbursement. Instructions were clear on what was needed to file a claim. Pleasantly surprised as I’ve had issues with reimbursements from previous companies. Very happy and satisfied with them!

Embrace raised my rates significantly even though I had no claims the past year. I spoke with the Embrace representative about this rate increase and they could not/would not do anything. While the customer service was great, I decided to go to another company.
