HUGE PRICE INCREASES - NOT WORTH IT
Wow! On top of already exorbitant rates, I just got notice they will be raising my pets' policies by OVER DOUBLE! I have had them for years (since PetPlan), with just a few minor claims which didn't pay out much. This is absolutely ridiculous - paying more for my cats' insurance than my husband's and mine combined. Sad to think I've kept them so long. Guess I will go the route of many others and just set up a savings account for my fur-babies - wish I had done that 5 years ago. Would definitely NOT recommend.

I could not be more happy and thankful with pets best. I bought this insurance not knowing if they would actually pay out on claims or if they would fight every claim. They stand by their policies and payout claims without any major issues. Thank you so much pets best for taking care of my dog!

Easy to file a claim. Only took about 2 weeks to process and they were expensive claims. My dog unfortunately passed away but I had no issues getting reimbursed.
