I am giving the lowest star possible because after reading the reviews I have decided this is not a good pet insurance company who nickle and dimes you to death and won't keep their end of the bargain. The only problem I have with Embrace is…
The only problem I have with Embrace is that when my dog turned 8 the premium doubled, and I fear for the future costs. Everything else is exemplary.

Really impressed with this insurance company.
This is my first time using pet insurance so I was a little unsure what to expect, and a little afraid it wouldn't work out. This was even more true because we tend to use natural pet care whenever possible, and I was afraid there would be a lot that wasn't covered. I am so impressed by the way the whole processed worked, and that Fetch completely covered the less traditional methods of care. I filed my claim, it didn't take too long to review, and once my deductible was met they started sending me checks for the remainder of the care. The whole process, from claim to check, was completed quicker than I expected. I am so happy I choose Fetch!
