I am sorry to have changed insurance…

I am sorry to have changed insurance from Nationwide. The claim process is cumbersome and they keep asking me to contact my vet for my 3 dogs history, something they should have done last year. I strongly advice pet owners to avoid this company…

Takes the worry away

I've had Spot for over a year now, I have 3 cats, and have had great experiences with Spot. Easy to manage, sign up my new pets, submit claims, get reimbursements, etc... They are very clear about what is covered and what's not covered, and will reach out to your vets for all necessary records and information they may need. Feel very blessed to have Spot and have share my experience with them, and 3 of my friends have signed up for them. I have even shared at my vet offices how great Spot has been since some of the vet techs were looking for a new insurance company. Really happy customer here! Truly feel lucky to not have to worry if something came up with one of my cats.

I am so glad that I chose healthy paws…

I am so glad that I chose healthy paws for my dogs insurance. My poor pup had cancer with 2 required surgeries. Thank goodness we had great insurance. Reimbursement is very fast and fair. This company goes above and beyond caring for their customers and pets! I highly recommend Healthy Paws insurance to everyone.

Difficulty finding diagnosis

I had two claims to submit. The first one was simple and I would rate the proccess a 5 star. The second invoice was more difficult because I was unable to find the diagnosis in the drop down menu. It then states if you can't find the diagnosis put it in the description box. When I tried to submit it said unable to process the claim. So I picked one from the drop down menu that was the closest and included the description of the diagnosis in the box. I was able to submit it but unsure if it will be processed. I will wait and see.
