Terrible Customer Service
I’m extremely frustrated with how long this claim is taking to process. We submitted all of the information, they refunded us off of something that was free (which means they didn’t even review it properly), said we couldn’t get anything back from any of the other services (which is not true because his previous allergy shot was covered). After sending an email, I now get emails saying our claim is missing info. So it went from being fully processed to now missing stuff and I’ve uploaded the documents they’re asking for yet I keep getting the same email. I’ve emailed them now twice asking why what I’m sending is now working and no one is responding. I am very disappointed because this is such a headache.

Missing items in order
Three items were not included in my delivery. I checked the packing slip for confirmation. The tracking updates were also confusing and delayed. Honestly, not a great experience trying to resolve this issue on my own. I expected better support for my order mistakes.

Nice People to Deal With
Your agents are always friendly and willing to help. Your system has flaws. When a payment method is changed, your system does not update that nor give advance notification that there will be a problem in processing payments. While your agents did attempt to help remedy the issue, it was ineffective.
