Great personal Service
Great personal Customer Service and quick response to calls, so important when experiencing a problem with your pet. Quick turnaround after filing a claim. The entire process was so simple. Spot still values the human touch and caring that is missing when everything is automated and you have to deal with bots. Excellent service. THANK YOU 😊

Buyer beware!
I was surprised and dismayed to find out Fetch won't cover orthopedic conditions until 180 days after the inception date. I thought the waiting period was 15 days and didn't know there were different waiting periods for different conditions. I found out today that another well-known pet insurance company only has a 30 day waiting period for orthopedic conditions. I am writing this review so other pet parents know what to look at when considering pet insurance.

Nationwide for the money not your pet
We have been a member for over 5 years. Minimal increases over the years. I was just informed they are cancelling the My Pet Protection Plan to replace with My Pet Protection Choice. This is less coverage for a whopping 300%+ increase from $77 a month to $316.70 PER MONTH. My dog is 12 years old. I now have to find new insurance as a result. Nationwide will give you a great first experience and then screw you when your dog gets older. They could care less about your dog.

Can't have a dog nowdays without pet insurance
Thank goodness we have not needed to use this insurance much at all. It gives me peace of mind knowing that if our dog who we love very much has something terribly wrong with her that it wouldn't break the bank. One of the few occasions where I have submitted a claim, we have received reimbursement fast

Very helpful!!
I have always been able to reach a person when I call with questions or concerns, and they are always answered/resolved. We adopted two shelter pets that have unfortunately had a multitude of unexpected health issues and expenses. We are so grateful we’ve been able to afford to give them the care they need with pet insurance.
