Great experience
We were hoping we’d never have to file a claim. However, we did and it was painless.
Great service, poor communication
While I have received excellent service from MetLife Pet Insurance. The communication when additional information is needed is lacking. I have been told several times that they reached out to my vet for records. I work at the same vet and read the emails daily, we have never received a request from MetLife for records.

You get what you pay for
Embrace is not by cheap by any means but I’m not sure how much cheaper other insurers are. I do feel like I get what I pay for, the claims process is easy. I have a plan which reimburses me 90% of all medical bills including shots and wellness checks. I pay roughly 160$/mo. for 2 small Yorkshire terrier’s. I’ve been reimbursed 90% on all my wellness and occasional “incident” visits with no hassle from embrace. Luckily I haven’t been in need of anything big but I’m positive they will be there to support us in those tough times. What you really receive is peace of mind knowing that you can focus on your pet instead of the financial side of things.

I’ve had great experiences with MetLife
I’ve had great experiences with MetLife. I’ve had it for 1.5 years and have had no problems! I elected to have wellness and sickness and they reimburse for heartworm and flea meds! It goes straight into my checking account. I feel like it is less expensive than the other pet insurers.

Easy to submit claim
Easy to submit claim! My pup had a very sudden issue. The ER vet submitted the claim online and it was approved almost immediately!! Huge relief as her treatment was more than $8k!
