Unexpected Visit, No Hassle reimbursement!
Our Enoch went in for a visit, which came to several hundred dollars that was unexpected. I submitted my claim online, and a few days later, the covered expenses were deposited into my bank account. It's everything that we hoped insurance would be.

Called to sign up my pet rats for insurance. Cassandra was really helpful and a pleasure to talk too. Answered all my questions and was very patient with explaining things to me. Got my boys signed up at an affordable price and am happy to be covered now!

Used to be decent
It used to be quite a good pet health insurance. But lately they’ve gotten a lot slower with processing time and adding more roadblocks in having claims approved.

Filing the claim was easy & fast; limited reimbursement not helpful
Filing the claim was easy & fast. Our account now has upper limit for reimbursement. This claim was for >$9,000 to cover tests that diagnosed Chumley with terminal pancreatic cancer. I believe Embrace will reimburse us the balance of his available coverage, about $400. We will have to rethink renewing our Embrace Insurance.

It is very easy to submit claims and receive reimbursements through MetLife Pets. The coverage provided is also straightforward and I appreciate that I can have everything covered (even wellness).

Due to family loss, I was delayed in loading in my claims, but that didn't matter. They were so awesome to help me figure out how to input the claims and leave feedback to insure proper and prompt payment.
