it was SO easy!!! Simple form to fill out online then upload the invoice.
I received a confirmation email that the invoice was received. Within 24 hours I received another email that the claim had been opened. Two days later the claim was completed and the reimbursement was direct deposited in my bank account!!

Very fortunate to have Healthy Paws insurancle
Shortly after she was born, we obtained pet insurance for Willo from Healthy Paws. It was one of the wisest decisions we ever made. In the beginning of March, 2022, Willo would not eat, had diarrhea and threw up. As her skin began to yellow we rushed her to her veterinarian where an MRI showed she needed emergency surgery. Willo’s gall bladder had to be removed and she is now on the road to recovery. We are thankful we made this decision for Willo. You will not know how valuable pet insurance is until such an emergency occurs. As Willo’s pet parent we are thankful to Healthy Paws and the veterinary care she has received.

Trupanion has come through for us!
Trupanion has been an absolute rock for us - our two cats (12 and 22) and one Yorkie (age 9) have been on it for nine years, and Trupanion has already helped us many times with the older cat and with the Yorkie. The adjudication process is extremely fast and clear - I love the one-time only deductible for a new condition. And your chat support is wonderful to work with. I used to be skeptical about pet health insurance - but Trupanion has shown me that it can work! Paws up!
