I recently had a Sarcoma surgically removed from my dog. The insurance company had my pre-approval done in less than 24hrs and my claim was processed in under 6 business days! This is the Worst insurance there is. I don't recommend it to anyone. My pet was sick. I was paying almost $70 a month for six months, and in the end, they didn't want to cover any of the vet bills, even before my pet died. If you want your money stolen and it's not worth it, you can sign up here; that's all they're good for.

I had a large veterinary bill for my cat who had a massive ear infection. I was able to send all invoices and Dr.s notes and my claim was reviewed and accepted in a short time. After processing the claim I was issued a check fairly quickly. I have been very happy that I have Spot pet insurance.

BEWARE!
PLEASE stay away from this company for dog insurance. They denied claims that were clearly stated in the policy and tried to claim they were “pre-existing”. On top of that their customer service is horrible. Save your money and find a different insurance company.
