Recently my dog has developed serious eye problems and after 11 yrs. I now have to file claims for my dog's urgent care and treatment. I easily met my deductible and every claim I ‘ve made so far has been processed rapidly with notifications of their acceptance and eventual success. The reimbursement is swift and hassle free. All was fine except for diagnoses
All was fine except for diagnoses. Tooth infection leading to poison surging through Bailey's body over the medium term is serious. It is not wellness or cleaning procedure. Yet you offer no diagnoses for this. Only dental diagnoses would be more considered under wellness coverage which this is not.

I had a pet emergency and unfortunately lost my boy. Metlife covered his cremation and sent a nice card to our family. Reimbursement for the hefty costs were timely and the staff are incredibly kind.
