Great care, but claims could be easier
I'm not sure how to approach the claim issue exactly, but the problem is usually around the requested signed document stating care received, at least in the vets here in CA this us not a common provision and we usually have to repeatedly ask our vets to provide it. Not a huge hassle but an area that could be improved

RUN, don’t walk away from this cheating company
You find excuses not to pay claims. You denied treatment for an ear infection because vet prescribed same medication to treat it as used the year before for a skin condition on his paw. You should be ashamed. You’ve denied overall $500 in claims. Cheater!!!

Great claim service.
Very happy with the thorough review process and determination. Dental work was covered under the Health and Wellness plan; very transparent with providing info on future claim approvals and disapprovals. I appreciate the heads-up as far as pre-existing conditions are concerned.
