Quality care made affordable with ASPCA medical insurance plan.
Having dealt with a personal medical compromise at age 55 and grateful to have medical insurance I pondered the idea of acquiring same for my beloved yet aging furry family member. After researching and considering several I chose ASPCA’s plan provider. Fast forward to this year. Today I could not be more grateful and appreciative for my cat’s health plan provider. I was able to seek vital care for my sweet fur ball that would not have been possible to afford without this plan. 100% appreciative & satisfied.

Claims service is outstanding and fair.
We've had several claims this year. Pet's Best has been outstanding. Quick to process claims and decisions are fair. We have no complaints except that we wish our dog wasn't in need of these services. The interface is outstanding and easy to use. Good company!

claims department is incredible slow to repond to emails
Submitting claims has been super easy, but getting an efficient response is frustrating. For example, when I submitted my second claim, I needed to submit additional records, which I did. Following up to see if they were received and the claim could be processed was so frustrating, as there is no update online. When I called I got a service rep who gave me a generic "please allow additional time" - not helpful.
