The coverage is excellent
The coverage is excellent. The price is reasonable. Claims are processed in record time. On occasion when I have had to contact Customer Service, each staffer is very knowledgeable and helpful. Based on coverage and ease of dealing with ASPCA, I have now enrolled by second boy.

Great service
Never had any problems with my reimbursement. Had to call them on several occasions due to my errors and they were very helpful. Reasons that you didn’t get 5 stars is because you do not cover pre existing conditions. Not that my cat needs it, but some might.

I am so grateful for Healthy Paws
I am so grateful for Healthy Paws, they have an easy claim process and great coverage. When my dog had to have a tumor removed last month I would have been a total mess because I didn’t have the money for such an expensive procedure on my own. Since he was covered by Healthy Paws Pet Insurance, I could make the best choices for Lucky without stressing about money. My claim was processed quickly through the app without any questions and I received my reimbursement within a few weeks.
