My dachshund is having high numbers on his blood tests. Several tests have been given but they are still high. I'm really glad I have insurance in case things get bad.

Paid back on claims
I had been getting paid back on claims for my dogs corneal ulcer. Brought her in for a check up after a month of not going because I still saw a spot. They found an additional abrasion on top of the corneal ulcer so I was told to come back in another month to check it. I was reimbursed completely up until this point. The final checkup I was not reimbursed for. Disappointing.

The claims process is very easy
The claims process is very easy, especially with the use of the app. The only complaint I have is the timeliness or claim processing. I do appreciate the initial ratings processing window and the interim update though which helps me understand the delays.

Thank you so much for your efficiency in getting Dino’s claims processed in a timely manner. I so appreciated your phone call offering ASPCA’s condolences when you learned of his death. The card I received in the mail yesterday especially brought me to tears. I am touched beyond measure. Glad to still have Luna and feel confident that should an emergency arise, it will be good to know that I will be in good hands with ASPCA pet insurance.

Cannot say enough good things!
My Dog Luna has had some unfortunate issues within the past couple of months that required multiple overnight stays in the ER. With over 2K in vet bills I am so happy to have pet insurance. I am not sure what we would have done without it. When I first took Luna to the vet I was given a bunch of Pet Insurance pamphlets. I did some research and based on advice from trusted friends and the design of the ASPCA app I made my choice. The app is beautifully designed, easy to use and I was able to upload photos of receipts and get reimbursed quickly. I am not tech savvy and I have no problem with the app. Additionally when I have called customer service my call was answered quickly and the representative was very friendly.
