Let The Customer Know You Changed Systems
For the longest time (over 10 years) we had been emailing a scanned copy to ASPCA for insurance claims, and they generally got right on it, but not recently. After a few weeks of not hearing anything we submitted again, and again no reply. It was only after going to their website that we noticed a direct form application. All well and good, of course, but who was monitoring the email submissions that happened in the interim? Once we filled in the website form everything was taken care of quickly, and so now we know.

Our vet files the claims for us and Nationwide responds very quickly. One the deductible is met, we get excellent benefits and Nationwide handles claims very efficiently and quickly. We are very happy that we chose Nationwide to insure our dog.

One of the best decisions I've ever made.
I have had Healthy Paws insurance on three of my dogs for about 5 years now. Hank has had 2 ACL and one stomach surgery. Audrey has had 1 ACL surgery. Frankie is not allowed to get hurt. Healthy Paws has paid each bill quickly and without issue. Using Healthy Paws was one of the best decision I've ever made.

Embrace was wonderful.
My kitty go very sick. He nearly died and spent in total over a month in the hospital. After surgery and months of recovery and relapses, he is finally starting to get better. Needless to say, it was very expensive. Without Embrace, we couldn't have afforded Fishcake's vet bill. The only problem we had was that some of the claims took a little while to go through, probably because there was so many of them. If you have a pet, get pet insurance. Embrace was easy to work with, reasonable fast, and super nice.
