I have one of my cats come down with one problem after another.
I have one of my cats come down with one problem after another. I would not have been able to take care of here, if it hadn't been for Trupanion. I find Trupanion to be fair and the claim process easy especially when my claims are submitted from my veterinarian's office.
I find Trupanion to be fair and the claim process easy, especially when my claims are submitted from my veterinarian's office. When I have had questions or have asked Trupanion to re-examine a claim, they have listened and responded promptly. Ashley and all others I have spoken to on the phone have been friendly, compassionate, and helpful.

I first of all was extremely grateful that I had Trupanion insurance for my baby boy he was very sick and it took the worry about money out of the equation.
I first of all was extremely grateful that I had Trupanion insurance for my baby boy, he was very sick and it took the worry about money out of the equation. Secondly my Veterinarian has a program with Trupanion in which they submit the bill immediately and in two seconds I get a text telling me They are going over the charge and then two seconds later What they are paying…RIGHT THEN AND THERE. I only had to pay the amount that I was responsible for. I cannot express how great it was, easy, and fast. Oh and by the way I asked the office girl how she liked Trupanion’s program and she LOVED it.

My claim was processed very quickly with zero hassle. I would not have been able to afford treatment and lifesaving surgery for my sweet little kitten without Trupanion insurance. Thank you for the fantastic service!

Clearest Coverage/Easy Sign-up
A lot of companies out there. It’s a lot of money. My pet’s health is first an foremost after the death of my last dog. The website was informative on what is covered and what isn’t. No hidden small print. Easy to navigate. Easy sign-up. Trupanion has a great reputation in my rescue group.
