Had this insurance for many years without needing to use it. Dome emergency issues came up recently and it was really easy. I uploaded receipts and records in the app, they contacted my vets for anything else they needed, and claims were approved within a couple days. Pets Best Provides Stress Relief
I adopted a 3 year old large breed dog 5 years ago and I chose Pets Best Insurance after careful research. I have been more than satisfied with the ease of completing a claim, the clarity of explanation of benefits and the ease of receiving payment. As my dog ages she needs more and more healthcare and I am confident every time we go into the veterinarian office because I know I have the financial support from Pets Best.
