After 2 years of "no news is good news", we had our first Vet A&E visit for our dog and the claim was processed and refunded within 3 days.

MetLife /Petfirst pet insurance
I have had Petfirst/metlife pet Insurance for many years. The customer service is phenomenal. Anytime you call in and have a question, the person answering the phone is helpful and respectful, and will answer all of your questions. They have had a couple of fairly substantial rate increases over the last few years, but I have checked out other pet insurance companies that are cheaper and they don’t have the same coverage and probably don’t have the same customer service. I highly recommend this company.

Spot Insurance true to it's word
Spot Insurance makes it very easy to submit claims, responds quickly and keeps me updated while the claim is being processed. Their coverage aligns with other providers but is a bit lower priced than most. I like that I can customize my plans to fit my and my pets' needs and Spot makes it easy to compare their plans and pricing.

Well worth it!
I have continuously found MetLife Pet to be very fair and ethical about what is covered. The premiums are reasonable and well worth it! They are efficient at responding and offer multiple ways to submit claims. I will look forward to using them for future pets.

Knowing that Addi was always covered made me feel I could trust that she would be taken care of the way I wanted. All her medications and tests were covered minus the deductible. But the reassurance I felt knowing that she had this coverage helped me make decisions easier .

The application was simple and it explained what is covered and what is not. With my 13 year old Blue Heeler I am super excited to know they will or might covered him, with a reasonable amount. Healthy Paws had previously had covered all my 3 dogs but suddenly it went up to $665 per month, time to change insurance company. Hopefully he gets covered
