I am in the middle because as my dog gets older the price goes up.
I am in the middle because as my dog gets older the price goes up. Its like any medical insurance. You need it but my never use it. Your agents are great. The high deductible is difficult too. And the deductible is not for all medical issues its PER MEDICAL ISSUE. It's costly but I have it in case of accident or real life threatening issues that could be not affordable to treat.

This response has nothing to do with my experience regarding Kathy. She answered my questions with the knowledge she had. My problem is with your system of pulling one time events and listing them as possible pre-existing conditions. As a Trupanion client I do not feel assured that this information will be used subjectively in the years ahead and give you reason to not cover what could be the very reason I purchased pet insurance in the beginning.
