Previous surgery my dr told me it was knee surgery, you said it was knee and knee cap surgery in which my vet said he would write a letter saying it was 1 surgery. I am trying too appeal but I have a reading disorder and am slow.
I’m a cashier at thee biggest grocery in the state. I use to ask people buying dog food if they had insurance for their pet, but I have stopped until my issue is resolved. If it’s resolved with anything less then my second charged dectuble refunded. If it’s resolved with 0 dollars, I will reverse my decisions with my customers and denture then from signing up with you.
