Claims are easy to submit online!
The process to submit a claim is very easy. The information about what to submit is very clear to understand. If I needed to actually speak with someone about my claim it was easy to speak with someone in a timely manner. I have experienced a longer turnaround time for reimbursement than when I first purchased the policy a few years ago. Overall, I rate this service a 5.
