I would give 5 stars if they covered exam fees :( that always ends up being a big chunk of the invoices they don’t cover. Otherwise I’ve had a really great experience.

I am filing my very first claim for wellness exam on our adopted rescue. I have had this insurance for a year but didn’t realize I had wellness benefits until I got my policy renewal and looked at the policy dates. This is an 11 month old claim. Thus far, everything has been very smooth.

Excellent user interface, and processes.
The system to upload documents for tracking my pets' care and expenditures is easy to navigate. The email notification process gave me time to gather the additional documentation needed to complete the claim. Reimbursement for covered costs was a snap. Definitely glad we decided to get SPOT for our Great Danes!
