You may wait a while but nice c/s
It took 6 weeks for my claim to be fully processed. My cat has been only 4 times to the vet prior to my claim. I was told it was taking long because it's the first claim, then because all documents had to be translated.

Emergency overnight stay
I dropped my pet off and she had to stay overnight. By the time I got home I had an email to get her medical history and by the time morning came I was approved. Can't explain the relief of not having to worry about how the bill was getting paid.
